Shipping Methods Offered

We offer USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail when applicable.

Orders With Multiple Items

Currently most items are priced and shipped separately.  If an order contains multiple items, the shipping methods available will be limited by the largest item in the order.  Example.  If your order contains a large item and a small item, only the USPS Priority Mail method will be available for all items even though they ship separately.  In some cases it may be cheaper to order items separately.

Shipping For Regular In-Stock Items

Regular items which are in stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Shipping For Customized or Back-Ordered Items

Customized items are not kept in stock and will take longer to produce.  Customized or Back-Ordered items will ship as soon as they are ready.  We will ship your items using the shipping method you selected during checkout.  Please know we are working hard to fulfill your custom order as fast as we can.

Shipping On Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs.  We recommend you purchase tracking or insurance for any returns.  (Note: we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item).  The original cost to ship your item is not refundable.  View Return Policy

Tracking Orders

When you place an order you should receive a tracking number when the item is ready to be shipped.  If the postal carrier shows that your order has been delivered but you didn’t recieve it, you should file a claim with the postal carrier.  File a missing package claim with USPS.

International Shipping

Shipping to Canada is now available through the store.  USPS is the carrier while in the U.S. and Canada Post is the carrier while in Canada.
