RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

In the event an item you purchase from our store arrives damaged or doesn’t function properly, we will work with you to resolve any issues.

  • We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.  After 30 days, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Items being returned using a gift receipt, may only be returned for store credit or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All parts of the original item must be returned and in the original packaging.

  • Eligible reasons for returns or exchanges:

    • Item is damaged during shipping
    • Item is defective or doesn’t function properly
    • Or if you received the wrong item

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REFUNDS PROCEDURES

Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

 Step 1.  Review our Returns & Refunds Policy.  Contact us here using our online form and provide all the information requested.

Step 2.  We will contact you to see if we can provide support to resolve the issue.

  • If we are able to help you resolve the issue with your item, then no further action is required
  • If we are unable to help you resolve the issue with your item, then proceed to step 3.
Step 3.  We will e-mail you further instructions.  Please package your item in the original packaging and follow the additional return instructions.  You are responsible for return shipping costs.  We recommend you purchase tracking or insurance for any returns.  (Note: we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.)
 
Step 4.  We will notify you once your returned item is received and inspected.  The returned item will be evaluated for damage, defects, and performance.  
 

Step 5.  When this evaluation is complete, you will receive an e-mail notification if your refund or exchange is approved or rejected.

  • Refund Approval – Your refund will be processed.  A credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Exchange Approval – Your request to exchange an item is approved.  The item will be replaced or parts of the item will be replaced at no additional cost to you.  Please remember, custom items take longer to produce.  We appreciate your patience.
  • Rejected – It was determined that the item returned has no damage, defects, and performs properly.  We will contact you for further action required.

REFUNDS

 If you receive a “Refund Approval”, you will receive the amount you paid for the item alone.  The original cost to ship your item is not refundable. If the item was purchased during a sale, the refund will be for the sale price you paid.

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • Parts of the original item are missing (This includes items part of a package purchased from our store).
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 days.
